Cancellation Policy
•10 minute grace period for all appointments.
•Cancellation policy requires a 2 hour notice for any cancellation, rescheduling, or any changes to your scheduled appointment.
•NO SHOW; meaning you did not show up for your appointment and/or did not communicate in the proper time frame.
In this event, for your next appointment, 50% of your balance from the missed appointment MUST be paid before rescheduling for a new appointment.
1st no show: 50% fee
2nd no show: No longer able to book with TFB.
•An appointment may be rescheduled up to two times; after that, the deposit will be forfeited.
